The Ascension Journey to Mount Shasta in the winter of 2025 brings a different scent—the release of the old, which is the first gateway to the beginning of any journey. After crossing the great ocean and leaving behind our stressful daily routines in Israel, seven souls, carefully chosen for this mission, came together.

Two months before the journey, in a meeting of the Shasta leaders, the High Priest Adama guided us: "You, in the Telosian Light Cell of the Middle East, are facing a further expansion. An Arab-Israeli brother will join you, and new gates will open before us."

I listened and released the call to the universe. In today's reality, especially after the recent war, everything is so sensitive. I let go. I didn't search. But I knew that at the right moment, it would manifest, just as Adama shows and as Creation unfolds.

Days passed, and as usual, I stopped at the Savyon Junction cafe, leaving my car for a wash. I was telling everyone about everything—except Shasta. He came up to me—a friend who manages the car wash—and shared his heartache over a personal loss. I listened. He asked for my help; he understood that I lead journeys and wanted to join. I looked at him and said, as I always do: "With pleasure, I will send you the details."

He was interested, and that very day, he registered. Ahsan is his name—an Arab-Israeli whose eyes sparkle with light. When he told his story, I felt his pain. When he asked to come, I looked deep into his eyes and saw the Light.

I let go of expectations, and as the days passed, he prepared for the journey with great seriousness. I allowed no judgment to enter; Adama told me—it is him. How captive we are to old patterns, how coded we are in our culture to fear those who are different. Especially in these times.

We set out on the journey, seven souls meeting. The energy thickened day by day. He helped, supported, smiled, and understood... so deeply. We will hear more of him, a Messenger of Light. The journey of Telos passes through the gates of Love, Acceptance, and Faith.

The Ascent to Horse Camp

Adama guided me and the group daily. Then came the call on a sunny December day to ascend the mountain. The mountain was open, free of heavy snow. The call was to head to the portal that serves as the gateway to the summit of Shasta—to "Horse Camp," where there is a flowing spring and an ancient stone structure for hikers.

We connected to the Spirit of the Mountain and entered the path’s gates, passing through portals of rocks and trees. We moved through snowy trails leading us deep within. Just before the central gate, a black Raven flew by, watching me as if to say, "I know you and the group are entering," and I replied: "Thank you."

The rocks and trees spoke. The Messengers of Light were so moved as we continued deeper, climbing higher and higher. Some friends felt the physical difficulty of the climb, but their heart and passion would not let them stop. We broke through "glass ceilings." In every difficulty, there was a sense of a great story unfolding as we continued upward.

The Spirit of Shasta conveyed messages, telling of the ancient peoples of this land. I saw them in ancient ceremonies, giving thanks to the Mountain Spirit and all the abundance it provides. Pure spring waters that grant healing, a caressing wind that whispers the secrets of Shasta. The friends moved upward, almost hovering.

We reached the top—or was it the beginning? We arrived at the ancient stone structure, the sun warming us, the spring flowing. We sat together in a circle, and the High Priest Adama arrived to deliver a moving message to the group.

The Message from Adama

"Blessed are you, Children of God. You are blessed for your personal achievement, for your divine spirit, and your will. When a soul arrives on this planet, I want to remind you that it undergoes a certain scan of its life journey. That soul chooses the major crossroads where the central lessons of its life will be. It is the soul that chooses its place of living and the souls around it.In this era, you have been privileged to be awake in your bodies and observe your soul's journey. Have you not come here to observe? Each and every one of you has a desire to progress to the next stage of your life's journey. Therefore, you cannot stop yourselves, for your soul knows this is your time to move forward.To continue the journey, one must possess the capability and health that comes from understanding all four bodies present in your journey: your Physical Body, which anchors this essence as a home; your Emotional Body, which has the capacity to govern emotions like a bursting spring; you must be aware of your personal and collective Consciousness; and your connection to the Divine and the Great Spirit—the Crystal Body, which we have been working on in recent days.I am happy to see you, the candidates for ascension. Each of you has a moving life story and journey. You arrived today as a group, destined to reach this current point. At this point, abundance is great. The spring grants healing to your bodies; drink from the water and receive unique healing. I ask you today to look at your life journey up to this point, for a new journey is about to open from this moment. Take a few moments and see what is occurring. Feel what is happening and live the New Creation. We will continue our shared process in the coming days."

Questions and Answers

Question: Can I know my mission? Adama: "The mission is unique to you. Sometimes you cannot see the full extent of your service. You will be able to see the full mission as your consciousness opens, through the healing of the physical, emotional, and crystal bodies, and the connection between Heaven and Earth."

Question: How can we feel or know that the people of Telos are with us? Adama: "The feeling of reaching the Fifth Dimension and sensing your brothers from Telos stems from one place in your bodies: the Heart Chakra. The physiological heart is the gate that grants you the ability to communicate with your family from Telos. When you are in compassion and acceptance of the 'Other,' when you understand the personal story of another and allow your heart to accept unconditionally—then the gates of Telos are open. We invite those whose hearts are pure and contain great love; the gates of Light are open before you."

Question: Did I succeed in opening my heart completely? Adama: "Beloved, you have walked a wondrous distance in a very short time. I want to tell you that in your home, there is an entire council learning from your way, your devotion, and the fact that you practice the wisdom of the heart, softness, and love over and over. You have healed ancient karmas at the soul level. You are free and liberated, and therefore your work from your home is so blessed. Believe from your heart, in love. At your soul level, you are free and liberated."

Question: How can we know we are in the right place, in our mission? Adama: "The body is a wonderful tool. When you connect to physiology, you can know that your bodies are an energetic pendulum. Energies are what move you. In a place where it is comfortable and good, the heart expands, and you will feel light, hope, vision, and prayer. When it is not good for you, you contract and feel illness. Feel and give your body its place. Knowledge of the human body is scarce at this time; your bodies are Pleiadian, created by Star Beings. You have the ability to give your body the appropriate movement, to let it tell you what is right for you, and to remember your capabilities once again in this era."

"Beloveds, your choice is the one that comes from your soul present in your body. Allow yourselves to return and remember how to connect the physical world to the spiritual world. You are on the journey of ascension; you are manifesting the power of your Light in this new era. I bless you in your ascension. I am Adama."

The Return

We breathed, feeling the frequency that had risen. We took time to connect; each found their place. I saw rocks arranged like a path and began to walk on them, leaving the spring area toward the trail leading to the summit. My legs carried me forward quickly until I reached a tree. It invited me to sit in its lap. I sat; the sun was warming, and the peak was very, very close.

I closed my eyes and saw it right in front of me—Celestia. I felt my heart expand so much. I was so happy to be with my people, the people of Telos. Adama arrived, and I saw myself differently—I saw my parallel self from Telos.

The High Priest Adama spoke with me and showed me the path of humanity: the ongoing struggle of Light against darkness, the Legions of Light working together. I saw the victory of the Children of Light and the siphoning of darkness from the planet. They will no longer be given a place. Indeed, those with a pure heart and open Light consciousness will continue to move upon the earth.

I saw the Telos community growing and my role in the global community. More and more Messengers of Light will awaken. Renewal on the planet. Times of calm and unity. My heart expanded, and I sent protection to my children and loved ones, grateful for the privilege to lead, to be, to see.

Adama enveloped me in golden-azure light. I breathed differently, through the crown of my head. Suddenly, I felt Adama stopping everything: "Wake up, beloved daughter. Gather the group. It is time to descend the mountain. Time is on your side until sunset."

I jumped up and hovered back to the group. Quickly, we descended. With a quick calculation, I saw we would reach the parking area exactly at sunset. We walked and walked; the sun set, the colors on the mountain shifted, and softness was present. I made sure to move the group with focus. At the central gate, I saw the black Raven again. It came to see us out of the gate.

We exited. We arrived exactly at sunset. Adama’s precision. I smiled in my heart. Ascension—a moving and powerful journey. All the friends were so happy. We were all in gratitude.
